Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the E-IX service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use E-IX. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Subscription and Payment

E-IX offers prepaid subscription plans billed in advance. Prices are displayed in CNY. Payment is processed via Alipay, WeChat Pay or card. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly enable renewal. Unused data from a billing cycle does not carry forward.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use E-IX only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to transmit illegal content, conduct fraud, distribute malware, or violate the rights of third parties. E-IX reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

4. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or network issues beyond our control may temporarily affect service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and software associated with the E-IX service are owned by or licensed to E-IX. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-IX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features you use, constitute the entire agreement between you and E-IX regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
