Download questions

The E-IX official app is the simplest choice: install, sign in, and connect with one tap. If you already use Clash Verge, Surfboard or Clash Meta, E-IX also distributes a Clash subscription link so you can import your nodes directly into your preferred client without running a second app.

After completing checkout, your account page displays a QR code and a subscription URL. Scan the QR code from within Clash Verge, Surfboard or Clash Meta to auto-import all available nodes in one step. The subscription updates automatically when new nodes are added.

E-IX is a Clash-based proxy service and uses the Shadowsocks and VMess protocols natively. It does not expose WireGuard or OpenVPN endpoints. Users who require those protocols should use a different service. If you already use Clash-based tools like Clash Verge or Clash Meta, E-IX will slot in without any additional protocol configuration.

Yes. The E-IX Android app v2.4.0 is available as a direct APK download and on the Google Play Store. Users in regions where the Play Store is restricted can install the APK directly — download it from your account page and enable installation from unknown sources in your Android settings.

The E-IX iOS app requires iOS 15 or later on iPhone or iPad. It is available from the App Store. If you prefer a third-party client, Surfboard on iOS supports Shadowrocket-style configuration import and works with the E-IX subscription link from your account page.
