The E-IX app for Android is available as a direct APK download or from the Google Play Store, and works on devices running Android 8.0 or later. After installing, sign in with your E-IX account — your subscription and node list sync automatically. Users who prefer open-source Clash clients can use Clash Meta for Android with the E-IX subscription link, imported directly from the E-IX account page via URL or QR code.

Yes. The E-IX APK is the same signed binary that is distributed through the Play Store. To install it, download the file from your E-IX account page, open it on your Android device, and allow installation from unknown sources when prompted. This setting can be scoped specifically to your browser or file manager — you do not need to leave it enabled permanently after installation.
Open your E-IX account page and copy the subscription URL. In Clash Meta, navigate to Profiles, tap the plus icon, select URL and paste the subscription link. Clash Meta will import all nodes and create an auto-updating profile. Tap the profile to select it, then enable the proxy in the main screen.
The E-IX official app supports Android's Always-on VPN mode, which keeps the connection active across reboots and app restarts. Enable it from Settings → Network → VPN → E-IX → Always-on VPN. This prevents traffic from leaking on an unprotected connection if the VPN drops temporarily.
